Located in the Plaza 35 Village, on the northbound side of Rt-35, near the Monmouth Mall. Pastosa Eatontown is owned by Michael Piazza, and licensed through the Ajello family. It is a sister location of the Pastosa stores in Cranford and Florham Park, New Jersey. This is the 12th Pastosa Ravioli store location and the 5th in its state.
This 6,000 square-foot store is the largest location yet and features a cheese department, fresh New York bread, prepared foods, Boar’s Head cold cuts, and a catering department. This store combines the old with the new and even features a replica of the original awning and signage from the first Pastosa Ravioli store in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn.
