Mike and Chris Falato are no strangers to the food industry. Both their father and grandfather owned meat markets on Staten Island in which they worked as they grew up.
The brothers grew up with the Ajello family which lead Mike and his father to opening the first Pastosa Ravioli in New Jersey, located in Manalapan. After 10 years of growth and success Mike was eager to open another location at the Jersey Shore and who better to partner with then his brother Chris and family friend Troy Dooney, who grew up in the food industry as well.
After months of searching for the perfect location they finally found their new home at the Jersey Shore located in The Orchards at Wall shopping center. They quickly got to work and are excited to finally share their dream store with this amazing community that they now call home.
